We protect the identities of the
businesses, the business owners, and prospective buyers
until we get completed and signed Confidentiality and
Non-Disclosure Agreements. We do this if we are
listing a Seller in listing their business or if we are
representing a Buyer who is seeking an acquisition.

We feel, at the appropriate time, to supply the Seller or the
Buyer, as the case may be, with personal biographical,
operational, and financial information about the opposite party.

We understand the sale and purchase of a business must be
held in strict confidence to protect the business, give the
Seller or Buyer, as the case my present, to advise all the
parties such as employees, customers and others of the transfer
when they feel the time is appropriate.

Letter of Confidentiality.
Business Realty readily signs a Letter of Confidentiality and
Non-Disclosure with either the Seller or the Buyer at our first
meeting in order to create a level of comfort from the beginning
of the prospective relationship.
